Support Linux and MacOS #7

Problem Only Windows is supported for now, it would be nice to support Linux and MacOS also.

Solution The project is in .NET Core3.1 which should allow to compile for other OS. But we first need to replace the browsing dialog and the tools used to shrink the games (they are available in Python so it shouldn't be too hard).
