Check for Supported Recovery Images #54

I implemented a function, to check the MD5SUM of the recoveryimage, so we can 
check if nandroid 
backup is supported(for future releases)

TODO: Update the JSON File with an Array of supported MD5Strings, so we need 
not release the app 
again if a new recovery image arrives.
Check the Recovery MD5 against the array

when cyanogen releases a new recovery image thats required for his roms ;)

and the nandroid backup via the updater is a neverending story...you can ask @ 
xda if somebody knows enough 
c++ to make a patch for cyanogens recovery image
