Add crowdedness multipliers to habitats:

[x] Large Hab
[x] Unity
[x] Kibo Logistics

Add special functions to labs and cupola:

[x] Cupola: 0.34% marginal health change, vessel-wide. (Mass-scaled version of stock cupola)
[x] Columbus: Greenhouse. 2% marginal health change, vessel-wide. (2x cupola)
[x] Destiny: Treat illness. Cut sickness duration by 67%. (1.5x MPL)
[x] Kibo: Treat injury. 8% marginal health change, part-only. (2x Columbus due to mass; another 2x as it only affects crew within the part, not vessel-wide).
