Examine experiments for balance pass. Lab experiments should by in low and high space only, not biome-specific, not transmittable. Cupola photography should be low and high space only, biome-specific, transmittable. Also look at baseValue and scienceCap for each experiment.

possibly add cupola photography to stock cupola and cupolae from other mods (sspx)
