USI-LS support #19

I added support for USI-LS, and put the B9PartSwitch module on the parts named in #3

For the Kibo Logistics, I put 4500L, but you can change it if you want a bigger storage capacity.

I also converted all the PNG to DDS

Awesome

As a heads-up, the Kibo logistics module might require special handling for fuel switching, so that we're never trying to store two copies of the same resource (e.g. Snacks) in the same part. Will look into it more once the rest of the fuel switching is set up
