Add more tank setups via B9PartSwitch, depending on installed mods. See Bluedog Design Bureau for examples.

I would suggest to also use the K1-80 Pressurised Logistics Module (habShort) as a container, as it's description suggest that it's a short storage module. But only with half of it's total capacity, for being able to hold 1 Kerb.

My Suggestion:

[ ] habShort: Mass 1; Cost 1.900; Tech: Advanced Exploration; Storage: 3500L

Balanced as x0.25 HitchHiker + Cygnus Storage.

Yeah, habShort is listed in #2 but it should also be here.

Kibo logistics module: balance as Mk1 Crew Cabin x0.5 + cargo space. Cost: 1525; Storage: ~5000L

An additional note on the balancing... I'm tentatively going for 0.1 kg and 0.25 funds per liter of storage. This is on par with Snack tanks or the small KIS container. Once I get into the tank setups for resource switching it may be customized on a per-setup basis. Ore is the only relevant stock resource and ore tanks have a mass ratio of about 7.5 kg ore to 1 kg dry tank.
