Requires update for UKS .32 #2

UKS .32 and the corresponding USI-LS update added habitat mechanics and overhauled how life support recyclers/converters work. Need to become familiar with these changes in order to rewrite compatibility configs for KPBS.

Updated all files so they should be read to play with the new mechanics. Still needs testing.
