CMake modernizations:

Update to a more recent version (still supported on Travis by default)
Some improvements available now
CTest support (if you like the GTest output instead of the CTest one, let me know and I change it)
Disable Compiler specific extensions (eg. gnu++11) and use standard C++ only

Unfortunately GMock isn't supported by default so it can not be linked by the GTest Module.

I removed gmock from the tests, it was not used! If this is ok with you guys, I'll merge this as-is.
