Implemented the core of the back-end part of the Bayesian Model. It uses Dr. Zhang's code, but heavily modified to be integrated into the application and parallelized (meaning I had my fun with it). Quickly losing interest in it, but it also takes into account gaps within the data, just need to find a way to display to front-end, but that's up to Brandon, Dan, and Kevin to determine where to display it, and up to Tyler to finish his Database changes for it to use it over Netronix.

Made additional changes to code for formatting purposes and readability.
