Deletion Tab "Finished" and added stuff to Manage Users (was remove user) #150

Deletion tab has all the front end and servlet code to run but the database doesn't have the function done yet. Manage Users tab now supports locking and unlocking users and admin servlet logs out anyone logged in that is locked.
