Summary of changes:

  1. Descriptions that Dr. Rier provided now accurately display in the Descriptions box.
  2. Descriptions are loaded from a file, and so specific class FileUtils was imported from another project which handles relative pathing for finding files inside of a deployed .war file.
  3. Descriptions are used to filter out unwanted parameters, which the group has vocalized many times that need to be done.
  4. The graph now obtains data for the selected parameter, which is real data, but the timeframe is fixed to a single month.
