View advances to next category when all ROIs have a tag #87

I cannot find the original issue I am thinking of to match with this one. But, at some point I asked that if all ROIs of a view are annotated that the tool automatically advance to the next view, which I believe it does correctly.

But, if all ROIs have a tag, it does this also. Could we switch it so that it only auto advances if all ROIs have a class label? I cannot remember the exact logic, but I think if we can just make it so that the advancing feature ignores tags, that will work for me.

Okay, to clarify: If only classes are considered, the tool only advances to the next class when zero ROIs are set to be displayed given the current "filter by" selection. However, if everything in the current view is tagged, it advances if you do ANYTHING. This is really a problem (I think a bug?). For example, if I am in batch mode, and only one view is selected, and everything is tagged, then I click one thing and press enter, it "advances", but to the next file, which doesn't exist. The only way I have found to get back to see what is remaining is to click "Next batch", and then "previous batch". It would be suuuuuuuuuuper helpful if this could be fixed, because I am trying to batch classify some class/tag combinations in preparation for exporting our new training set.

Another example of when this is a problem is when a tag is loaded with auto-class results.
