Notifications never appear #14

My notifications are on, and I expect a health reminder notice at the start of the program. It never appears though. Screenshot 2021-11-12 at 5.10.10 PM.png

Team's Response

It is stated that the notification will only be printed every 4 hours and if it is turned on in the UG. The bug shown is because notification has already been printed once and the 4 hours mark has not passed, therefore it is not printed.
