credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to connect
I see credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL)
and 100% sure that my account login or pwd is correct because i used them 
with another sip application which is no problem at all!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
device: iphone 3gs
version: 3.1.2
s940.sip-talk.com is my provider

Please provide any additional information below.
I've been dialed out successfully last week!
What's the problem ?

Problem is solved, my falut, I typed the wrong authentication name in the 
advance 
option, although i typed the right login name and pwd in the account option! so 
sorry!

Hi am having the same issue. I have all of my settings as I have other programs 
that
are running. What exactly is suppose to go into the Authentication Username 
area?

Also I am using Ipod Touch 2G version 3.0. My providor is Voip.com 
(sd2.voip.com).

Problem solved, I was not using caps in certain places with the password.
