Make DualBootPatcher Work #26

After a question asked by @nkrapivin (about dual booting SFOS https://github.com/bitrvmpd/sailfish-santoni/issues/4), got me interested. Why is not working? Maybe I'm missing something in my source?.

I tried the documented steps to get DualBootPatcher working, but at the end, after updating the ramdisk for the primary ROM, I got stuck in a bootloop.

I need to finish #22 first, then I'll be working on this.

Forgot to close this, it wasn't a kernel problem but an issue with DBP builds (?).
