No, I have not found a solution. The guy who is in charge of support was useless and asked me the specific issue even though I told him exactly what he needed to know to understand the issue, and because of his incompetence and uselessness towards this issue that they can't keep just ignoring and hoping it goes away, I switched to Stream Dock. Loupedeck is now a $100 paperweight on my desk. Thanks, team Loupedeck!
SO SOMEHOW I MADE IT RUN AGAIN. but I reinstalled several previous Versions of Loupdeck (eg. 5.2.2) and than I updated again to the lates version. I always had the connection between Loupdeck and OBS.. but the buttons dindn`t react
MAC OSX: 14.5 OBS: 30.2.3 Loupdedeck: 5.9.1.19365
1: I saved my Loupdeck settings and exported them HOWTO: https://support.loupedeck.com/how-to-import-and-export-profiles.
2: deleted Loupedeck and the settings: HOWTO: https://support.loupedeck.com/removing-loupedeck-software
3) reinstalled Loupedeck
4) recovered the Loupdeck settings
5) Updated OBS and installed "loupedeck-obs-compat.plugin"
7) I had to delete all OBS settings in Loupedeck and do them again... that was a bit anoing, but at least it works again.
...and I had several restarts of my Computer because it did'nt work after my first try.
They should put you in charge of support. Thanks for sharing. I'll check into it.
Thanks, it worked! Now, I can return this Stream Dock. 🙏🏻 The Stream Dock buttons won't stay programmed after a while.
Loupedeck's OBS plugin stops switching scenes that I have programmed to the Loupedeck Device's buttons when I restart my Mac, so I uinstalled the OBS plugin. When I look at my Marketplace for OBS, the action button says "Uninstall" even though I already did that, and it won't let me re-install the OBS plugin. I deleted Loupedeck from my Mac and then reinstalled the Loupedeck app, but it still shows that OBS is already installed.
