In the current state of the gh actions it packages the debug version of the .deb and the normal .deb and the zips/tarballs are source code. I would like to have it so that there are zips and tarballs of the actual plugin as well so it doesn't have to be just on debian based systems

Describe the solution you'd like

Have it package a dir as if I ran my script the only thing the user should have to do is unzip the archive into their ~/.config/obs-studio dir

UPDATE: I have decided to complete this at a later time. For future note the format for the archive should be as follows:

The locale information comes from the data folder while the binary comes from the build itself
