Newly Untracked Files Don't Get Added To Pool Of Files

Describe the bug If you add a repo and then don't update the properties newly added untracked files will not be tracked by the plugin

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add a repo
2. tick "untracked files"
3. leave property window
4. add a new untracked file with some lines and source will not change

Expected behavior Source will add the newly untracked file to the pool of files accounted for
