Dell Latitude 7280 and 7380 and 7480 have the same bios so same values for unlocking cfg and editing dvmt, read my repo, I changed those values, and see my ssdt, I use less patch than you.

yes, it works for me, did you put kext verbstub? and layout 56?

take a test with a headset and see if that works for example a headset apple, samsung, huawei those supplied with smartphones

The headset/earphone is working well, mate. The problem only for external mic like rode podmic.

I don't know mono/stereo. But I know that the cable is TRS not TRRS. My earphone is TRRS, but my rode podmic is TRS. I've tried my earphone and it work, but for my external mic is not. I'm still confusing about this issue.
