Connection 'default' is already active. #68

Hi !, I'm using gym-sumo on some reinforcement projects. Same code works for my friends but for me it does not :/. I've tried to find some answer on internet but unfortunately I've found nothing. Do You maybe know what can be the issue? Traci version is 1.13
