What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to get a full backup of all folders to your pc

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. i'm getting an application error for filenames which contains ":" 
and "+"
2. saved png images are not readable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1. lastest one

Please provide any additional information below.
1. i really need support for getting all stored images on the iphone

I'll post latest version - I think it will work. 

What files have "+" and ":" in the names? I'll have to do a rename to get them 
onto a PC
