Clock-in flags are not working for timesheets #69

Timesheets should get flagged when clock in or clock out time is +- 30 minutes from the time the record was logged. Clock-outs are properly getting flagged, but clock-ins are not.

Could not identify the bug. Holding this issue.

The bug was in how the database updated during clock-out.
