[fabric 1.20.1] game can't load serverside resource packs with shimmer installed #70

Modpack info or mod list(please reduce mod range)

had it with a large mod list but tried with just shimmer and FAPI to the same effect

The latest.log file and hs_err_pidXXX if exists

optifine , Rubidium , flywheel or any rendering related mods. mod version is required.

none of those need to be installed for this to occur

Issue description

the game can't load serverside resourcepacks with the mod installed

Steps to reproduce

  1. add shimmer and FAPI to a fabric instance
  2. join a server that uses a serverside resourcepack. I had it with play.originrealms.com and one other server that uses a serverside pack
  3. accept the resource pack when prompted it should reload about 2-3 times with you being kicked out of the server due to it not being able to load the assets

Other information

I have a rx 5600XT for a GPU with Pop!_os (ubuntu 22.04) so I'm not sure if this is a bug with the mod in general or one specific to the mesa drivers
