Issue description
For some reason, it's hard to search specifically for light-emitting blocks. Please add a toggle which says: [Toggle light emitting blocks] that changes to [Toggle all blocks].
For the other side, For example, a lamp that only toggles when it has a redstone signal, and does not have a "lit" ID, can't get custom light as it is both a lightless block and a light emtiting block, thus looking weird when unlit.
