Issue description

Emissive Texture and Bloom seems to have a conflict. When using a pack containing Emissive texture, the corresponding bloom effect stops showing

Steps to reproduce

Enable this texture pack https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/blooming-blocks Go into any world and place down blocks with blooming effects(or enter debug world) Enable this texture pack https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/glowing Bloom disappears
