optifine , Rubidium , flywheel or any rendering related mods. mod version is required.

Issue description

Bloom only display if range far than about 8 block

Steps to reproduce

make new world. enter world. put a light block and look it. You will find it no bloom over the world and 8 range block bloom over the Nether world 8ede1f5d63dc10fd88d59f8f7a8efdd4

Other information

Same version of forge not has this error
