Given that you are using a 24 hour clock, it is illogical to allow students to place classes at 1am.

As per the UG, CantVas does not impose a restriction to the timings the user wants to add as we understand that university students have varying timetables or online exchange classes in a different timezone. Thus allowing students to classes even at odd hours image.png

Reason for disagreement: Why is there the abstract difference between having classes overnight vs having class at odd hours? If you covered for one case, what distinction is there between the two?
