Does anyone know how to use LEGO Designer software, either "LEGO Digital Designer" or "Stud.io"? #1

I've put links to these two software packages in the file "_notes/LEGO_Designer_Software.md" in the DCT-LEGO-Model GitHub repository.

Jeff Gehring has a brother-in-law that has a lot of experience designing and building LEGO models. He may be willing to help us with the DCT LEGO model.

"Studio 2.0" can be downloaded from "BrickLink" here: \ "https://studio.bricklink.com/v2/build/studio.page" It has a nice 3D display and allows the user to build models from a wide variety of LEGO bricks and parts.

There is a website, also at "BrickLink", with lots and lots of models people have put together, and the studio files can be downloaded and read into "Studio 2.0". Once read into Studio, they can be changed, the list of bricks is available, and some even have construction steps. I haven't found many yet that use servo motors but will continue to look around.

When Franz Snik built the VLT model, he used:

"Bricksmith": http://bricksmith.sourceforge.net

"LDraw": http://www.ldraw.org

I'll look into those as well and perhaps I can get Snik's drawing files for these applications.
