Thumbsize is plumbed but not enabled #20

Looks like I forgot to actually enable the thumbsize config argument and it's been hardcoded to the original; see https://github.com/LowellObservatory/NightShift/blob/bab2cb388b273534b13661ff8af4b8e4e161e0d2/nightshift/webcam/grab_cams.py#L39 and https://github.com/LowellObservatory/NightShift/blob/bab2cb388b273534b13661ff8af4b8e4e161e0d2/nightshift/webcam/grab_cams.py#L111

Looks to be fixed, so I'm closing. A note for posterity, though - thumbsize = 400, 400 is the preferred entry style, not one with () or []
