Can we consider an additional tab for a copy of the old DCT weather page? It is sometimes useful to see the internal warning messages and such. I was thinking that it could be an additional tab that might not be part of the merged displays of TV1 and TV2. This would be a convenience for accessing it, rather than needing to know the URL for it directly.

My idea was to do this either via an iframe, so it's there directly, or just put a link into some box along with other super-useful links so one doesn't have to remember the exact IP/port combination to get to it.
