Update the schema to include changes mentioned in Issue #113.

Changes to make:

Create Schedule/Overpass schema
- This is to store a record for each satellite's overpass
- Each Schedule is tied to a satellite (1 to many)
Updates to Command schema
- Establish relationship between Schedule and Command schemas. Each schedule shall store many commands (1 to many)
