Try decreasing initial load-time

This ticket is an effort to try to decrease the initial loading-time of Edmunds. It is not an issue, it's just that faster is better 🙂 .

A lot has to do with the code that is loaded when initializing the application:

• Try only importing and registering service providers when they are enabled.
