Plugin breaks TNT explosions #3

Hi! This plugin seems to disable TNT explosions, no matter what I change in the config. Our concrete farm doesn't work anymore (the TNT drops, but the explosion doesn't break blocks). Falling blocks griefing doesn't seem to have an effect (true or false). We wanted to use this plugin to remove Enderman and Silverfish griefing.

We are on Paper 1.20.1 and we have no other plugins that could affect this, and removing this plugin completely fixes the issue. Is this expected behavior?

I found a workaround, if you stop the server add primed_tnt_griefing: true to the config then start. This should enable tnt...

checkout my fork of it. I tried to fix some issues I had and added some small improvements.
