Reuters and BBC data retrieval isn't working. #14

Just downloaded the repository, edited the config files to get data from 2010 to 2020 and these new sources don't seam to be working..

Hi Miguel! For BBC, it is not an official BBC archive. It is maintained by an individual developer Matthew Somerville. Please refer to his website for BBC: https://dracos.co.uk/made/bbc-news-archive/2015/. This archive starts from 2015/07/01/.

For Reuters, please refer to #13.
