We think this is essential to show the relationship between classes and we believe that as a reader, it is easy to understand where the arrows are pointing to.

Reason for disagreement: I agree that it is still possible to trace the arrows eventually.

But it hinders the reader in the sense they can slow down the reader or require the reader to put more effort than necessary. some examples are the arrows crossing each other unnecessarily, and too many overlapping arrow heads.
