What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. rc522_reader seems to "hang" after the first match of a id in
/etc/RC522.conf

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect it to display "Exit" and return, or continue in the loop
/etc/RC522.conf is as follows;
