Update garrysmod submodule

This updates the Garry's Mod addon.

Some of the changes include:

Fixed luttje/glua-api-snippets#19 (functions with multiple return values are now annotated correctly)
Fixed bug where variable params were not annotated correctly
Fixed bug where some structs in the wiki were not included (like GM) caused by the GM class already existing.
Contains updated gmod wiki information (since the previous update #53), some include:
- luttje/glua-api-snippets#13
- luttje/glua-api-snippets#24

I see StyLua fails. I'm not sure why this happens, since it should've ran in my workflow automatically.

I'll investigate and fix this problem right away.

Edit: Looks like the .editorconfig I added to style the code, also impacts how StyLua behaves. I'll run StyLua with --no-editorconfig, might be worth noting that in the contribution guidelines.
