Fixed pl.Set defining methods on instances. These are only implemented as static methods or operators.
Refactored plugin into multiple files under the plugin folder.

It looks like your submodules are out of date. This PR modifies many addons.

Please make sure you have the latest changes checked out before updating your addon

I must've committed the old submodule versions by mistake.
