Unable to load .xlsx file using 'load' command #4

Moved the sample data you provided to the same directory but I am unable to load it.

I've tried on 10 Macs and 5 Windows but still cannot reproduce the bug. The load feature all functioned as normal:

The folder displayed in the issue is a bit weird, since it does not contain all the preferences.json and log file as it should be when the app runs. Thus, the tester may accidentally use a different jar file and not follow the UG to put the xlsx file into the same folder.

The level of this issue has also been changed since "it appears only in very rare situations": 15+at least one tester in PE can use the load feature successfully vs 1 who cannot. The chance of this issue happening is 1/17, which is really rare and doesn't hinder most user's experience.
