Upgrade to React 19 #49

All the changes will be made on a separated branch, the changes will only be merged when the React 19 reach the stable release. Until them, the React 19 support will be maintained on a isolated branch.

Upgrade plan

[ ] Create a branch
[ ] Follow the React 19 RC Upgrade Guide
[ ] Fix any breaking change

Optional

[ ] Enable React Compiler experimental feature by default
