Summer + Fall 2023 #161

PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS RIGHT, because there were either errors in the previous UF.js file, or I am misunderstanding something:

I have updated the semester codes + names to the 2023 variants, as well as corrected what I assumed these errors should be fixed to, but if you the "errors" listed above are not errors and are instead something scuffed to prevent an error somewhere else, please verify that my changes will not break that.

UPDATE: This has been tested to work in my own docker image.
