To be tested.

Test Scenario: If you have a dev or staging environment in azure. Update the dev/staging database from PROD, run the app.

Does it work out of the box?

Is it enough to change the path attribute on <add name="MissingFileBlobProvider" in web config?

No need of plugin when using Azure blob storage
