Rename addon-info.txt to addon-info.json #6

Per https://github.com/MarcWeber/vim-addon-manager/issues/170 this file needs to be .json, not .txt. I've confirmed this changes fixes the problem described in that issue.

Thanks. I'll have to fix the other addon-info files as well!
