Illegible recaptcha #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter to the init page on my website from my PC  (captcha is legible 
img_1.png)
2. Enter to the init page on my website from another PC (captcha is illegible 
img_2.png) 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Both legibles

The expected is to see somthing 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows XP, explorer 8

Please provide any additional information below.

It happens (img_2.png) in that PC from last week. I tried on two additional 
PC's and had no problem.  

Is there some configuration that PC would have?

Out of scope of this project. This project does not deal with challenge 
generation.
