Issue 26 proposition of solution

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Some hosting companies (e.g. OVH) blocks outgoing connection on port 80 it 
cause Error with "Connection Refused" message during verification. (fsockopen 
method fails to connect to google server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I added proxy support to _recaptcha_http_post and recaptcha_check_answer 
functions. In this case connection through proxy fixed this problem. My Test 
was very poor but I think it works fine. I attached fixed version of library.

Lines 87 and 88 should be deleted. I used it during debug.
