Remove "gender" from example, replace with something more appropriate for a binary / ternary choice

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. The gender selection only has two choices. I am attaching a video from an intersex person who was born with both male and female sex organs. Sex and Gender are two separate things, one of them biological, one of them social and neither of them are binary. This is not an appropriate example to use on your form as the binary choice affirms a social lie that leads to violence in many forms.
