Ok, I need to test this, but at the moment per read 1 finding is possible.

This is not true for the position findings?!

agrep has a counting function... This could be used.

But is this interesting? Maybe!..

Well the position finding is now able to do both (with some restrictions)

For the counting, this is still an option, but for now I will close this issue
