[ufo] Support PostScript hinting #2

Write PostScript hints to glyph lib key com.adobe.type.autohint in format 2.

Need to figure out how to get the hintSets from vfb data.

PostScript hinting is supported now, but still written to the Adobe lib key com.adobe.type.autohint.v2. When to switch to the official key public.postscript.hints?

AFAIK, that is what Adobe is doing now.
