Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On our server's Pleroma-based frontend, we are able to hover over custom emojis and learn their names. With Moshidon, we are not able to do this, and it kind of bugs us.
Describe the solution you'd like
Perhaps a subheading under the "People who reacted [emoji]" that states its name and shows an icon of the emoji.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As far as we know, no other way exists to do this on Moshidon, or even mobile web frontends for that matter, since the action depends on the emoji's title property.
I gotta see how husky does it, because there are instances where the emoji is from another instance, which may or may not be accessible from your instance.
