"invalid input" #3

I'm learning R and i input your script exactly (copy paste), but with my credentials for twitter and the google api. right after line 58 i get this error:

Error in chartr(" ", "+", location) : invalid input 'SocialMedia RedCarpet #Influencer í ¼í½· í ¼í½· í ¼í½·' in 'utf8towcs'

I think this is while trying to either hit condition_a or when trying to process the location.
